In all circumstances, please try to provide at least 5 good quality pictures of the product.
Quite often, what appears to be a fault turns out simply to be the result of a mistake in handling the camera, or in a hidden function that blocks the camera. We can then offer a simple solution without the need to return the camera. This is why it is important to give us as much informationas possible, with photos if possible.
