Fresh from our workshop, this camera has been serviced:
- Both front lens assemblies have been disassembled and cleaned up.
- The full compur shutter assembly and the self-timer have been cleaned up and correctly re-lubricated.
- The view-finder disassembled and cleaned up. The mirror has been replaced with an original Rollei part.
- The cranking system, winding up and frame counter have been assessed, and all works great as it should.
Shutter: Compur Rapid, 1 to 1/500s, T & B, self timer.
Taking lens: Carl Zeiss Jena 75mm f/3.5 Tessar
Finding lens: Heidoscop Anastigmat 75mm f/2.8
Both with filter bayonet 1
The compur shutter is very snappy at all speeds.
The viewing front lens has some visible scratches.
The taking lens is clear from haze or fungus, there is a thin glow around the edge that should not interfere with the quality of the image.
Comes with its original leather ever ready case embossed with "Rolleiflex", and two filters (yellow and H1)
This was used professionally by a friend of ours who was an archaeological and ancient architecture photographer for the British Museum.
